FEVER
Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus)

HOW TO:
For infants, blend 1 total drop of essential oil with 1 ounce of carrier oil and massage along the spine and feet. For children 1 – 5 years, blend 5 total drops of essential oils with 1 ounce of carrier oil and massage along the spine and feet. For older children and adults, blend 10 total drops of essential oils with 1 ounce of carrier oil and massage well on the chest, spine and feet. Complement with fresh juices and clean water.
